Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the best talent is hired, and contributing to building a high-performance culture at EVeez.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, role expectations, and hiring needs.
• Use various channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and campus hiring for talent sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports for management review.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen EVeez’s position as a preferred employer.
• Assist the HR team in other HR operations as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree .
• 0-1 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (experience in EV, mobility, logistics, or startup industry is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
