The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong online visibility, driving qualified leads for admissions, and enhancing the digital presence of the institute across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the institute’s admission goals and branding objectives. Plan and manage campaigns for student enrollment across multiple channels – Search, Display, Social Media, Email, and Education Portals. Work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to align marketing strategies with enrollment targets. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SEO executives, content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and interns. Collaborate with faculty and program heads to create impactful academic marketing campaigns. Coordinate with external agencies (if required) for specialized campaigns. Digital Branding & Lead Generation Drive online campaigns focused on brand visibility, lead generation, and student engagement. Develop performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Build remarketing funnels and admission campaigns to convert leads into enrollments. Content & Communication Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, student testimonials, program highlights, social media stories). Supervise digital campaigns around webinars, workshops, and campus events. Ensure communication consistency across all platforms (website, email, social media, education listing sites). Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs (leads generated, conversion rates, cost per lead, engagement rates) to measure campaign effectiveness. Generate weekly/monthly reports and present performance insights to senior leadership. Optimize campaigns based on data analytics to maximize ROI. Technology & Tools Manage institute’s website performance, SEO ranking, and user experience. Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and streamline admissions communication. Stay updated with digital marketing trends in the education sector. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in education sector preferred. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads. Strong leadership and team management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Familiarity with education lead platforms like Shiksha, Collegedunia, Career360, etc. Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). The role demands strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization to ensure high visibility across search engines and education portals. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct in-depth keyword research relevant to academic programs, student needs, and education industry trends. Optimize institute website pages, blogs, and landing pages for higher rankings. Implement technical SEO strategies to improve site speed, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness. Monitor and enhance website authority through ethical link-building strategies. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blogs, student success stories, and program highlights. Suggest content strategies aligned with admission cycles, events, and campaigns. Optimize content for targeted keywords while ensuring readability and user experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–4 years of SEO experience (education industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO practices. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress/other CMS. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Preferred Skills Experience in optimizing education portals, blogs, and student-focused content. Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video optimization.
