About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives for promoting academic programs, student engagement, and institutional branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong online visibility, driving qualified leads for admissions, and enhancing the digital presence of the institute across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the institute’s admission goals and branding objectives. Plan and manage campaigns for student enrollment across multiple channels – Search, Display, Social Media, Email, and Education Portals. Work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to align marketing strategies with enrollment targets.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SEO executives, content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and interns. Collaborate with faculty and program heads to create impactful academic marketing campaigns. Coordinate with external agencies (if required) for specialized campaigns.
Digital Branding & Lead Generation
- Drive online campaigns focused on brand visibility, lead generation, and student engagement. Develop performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Build remarketing funnels and admission campaigns to convert leads into enrollments.
Content & Communication
- Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, student testimonials, program highlights, social media stories). Supervise digital campaigns around webinars, workshops, and campus events. Ensure communication consistency across all platforms (website, email, social media, education listing sites).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs (leads generated, conversion rates, cost per lead, engagement rates) to measure campaign effectiveness. Generate weekly/monthly reports and present performance insights to senior leadership. Optimize campaigns based on data analytics to maximize ROI.
Technology & Tools
- Manage institute’s website performance, SEO ranking, and user experience. Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and streamline admissions communication. Stay updated with digital marketing trends in the education sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in education sector preferred. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads. Strong leadership and team management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with education lead platforms like Shiksha, Collegedunia, Career360, etc. Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Understanding of student decision-making journey and educational marketing trends. Creative approach with data-driven decision-making ability.
