Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all digital channels, increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and contributing to overall business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department, including marketing databases, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaign budgets.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize all social media platforms to improve brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns’ overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and digital experts to enhance marketing results.
  • Identify and evaluate the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Monitor key performance metrics affecting website traffic, lead generation, conversions, and target audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure performance and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and manage online contests, giveaways, promotions, and other digital initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience in team handling.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Highly creative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
