Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager/SEO to lead our online presence and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns. This role is crucial for driving student admissions, enhancing our brand reputation, and engaging with our target audience of prospective students, parents, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with institutional goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and student enrollment targets.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and execute all digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing (organic and paid), and display advertising.
  • Content & Social Media: Manage and maintain our social media presence across all platforms. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content that showcases our students, faculty, and unique campus life.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance against key metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, CPA, and website traffic). Provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights for optimization.
  • Website Management: Work with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience (UX), is conversion-focused, and reflects the academy's brand identity.
  • Budget Management: Plan, manage, and monitor the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Market Research: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity. Experience in the education or design industry is a plus.
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, social media (paid and organic), and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
