Digital Marketing Manager at Plug N Play Biosciences

Camia is largely an ecommerce brand, but it has aspiration to expand its footprint across other relevant channels, while still growing aggressively in the ecommerce space. Plug N Play is looking to hire a high energy, team oriented, Digital Marketing specialist with good communication skills and a successful track record of on-line marketing of wellness solutions assisted by technology and algorithms. Summary of the position:

This position will be based in Mumbai and the incumbent shall be responsible for helping Plug N Play establish its presence across Amazon, Flipkart, FB, Instagram, You Tube, Quora, Pinterest and other relevant handles/ marketplaces including its own website. This is an end-to end Digital Marketing role and the incumbent will drive acquisition of new customers, followers, likes, reviews and engagements. The incumbent will also facilitate conversations and engage in social listening while instituting and implementing marketplace strategies for meeting commercial objectives.


Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing function including marketing databases, emails, and display advertising campaigns.

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Ability to manage ROAS, PPC, CPA, etc. • Manage and optimize e-commerce marketplaces

• Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys, etc.

• To set up and optimize Google Ad-word campaigns

• Plan and manage our social media platforms

• To test campaigns with A/B and multivariate experiments

• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance, using tools such as google analytics

• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

• Coordinate B2C marketing activities to generate leads (paid and organic) - Improve lead generation results (more leads, more lead sources, lower cost per lead)

• Find and target relevant audience, conduct surveys where needed, and act as the main point of contact for external marketing agencies

• Leverage data and analytical insights to drive strategy and recommendations across business functions including website / social performance, data partnerships, and programmatic campaign performance • Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. • Oversee and manage digital content, creatives, influencers, contests, and giveaways


Role requirements:

• 6-7 years’ experience in marketing of OTC/ wellness / pharma/ personal care products.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

• Experience with personal care brands, D2C brands will be a plus

• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
