Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily social media operations across

platforms. You’ll ensure consistent posting, foster community engagement, build influencer relationships,

and collaborate with internal teams to create meaningful, high-quality content. Since PnP thrives in the

edutainment space, strong writing skills and creative storytelling are a must.

Responsibilities:

Daily Social Media Management:

Pinterest and LinkedIn are in line with the content calendar.

Community Engagement:

maintain an authentic and approachable brand voice.

Influencer Outreach:

influencers.

Content Writing & Creation:

edutainment-style posts, reels, and stories.

Internal Coordination:

assets, and approvals for timely execution.

Analytics & Reporting:

improvements.

Trend Spotting:

high-engagement content.

Requirements:

● Fresh graduates or a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing social media for

consumer/lifestyle/beauty brands.

● Strong grasp of content writing, brand storytelling, and creative ideation.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms).

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Passion for beauty, wellness, and conscious living is a plus.
