Digital Marketing Manager

Job description About the Role: Pexpo is looking for a Manager of Digital Marketing who will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team. Key Responsibilities:  Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns  Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests  Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points  Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels  Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners  Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate  You will drive our online growth strategy, driving partnerships and sales across marketplaces  You'll have P&L responsibility for digital SBU - monthly top-line & bottom-line numbers  You’ll have ownership of marketing spends + CAC/CLTV KPIs. Critical requirements for the role (Must-Haves):  4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing  Experience with analytical systems and reporting (creating pipeline reporting and KPI's)  Ability to design, write, and execute your own marketing experiments based on set KPI's  In depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Especially Google & Facebook)  Experience in Project Management  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
