Job Title:

E-commerce Finance Manager

Role:

Managing and overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and profitability for all e-commerce business channels.

Department:

Finance / E-commerce Operations

Location:

614, 6th Floor, D-Mall, NSP, Delhi.

Salary / Stipend Range (Annual):

Rs. 8 – 12 LPA 

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, Shopify, etc.)
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management and MIS reporting
  • Hands-on experience in reconciliation (payment gateway, marketplace, logistics, GST)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Financial modelling
  • Understanding of inventory, pricing, discounts & promotional spends
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication & coordination with cross-functional teams

E-commerce Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor P&L performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Handle payment gateway, marketplace, and logistics reconciliations (COD, prepaid, returns, RTO, refunds, commissions).
  • Track platform charges, discounts, marketing spends, and profitability across all channels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS, dashboard reports, and business insights.
  • Oversee inventory valuation, ageing analysis, and overall stock health.
  • Coordinate with marketplace teams for settlements, claims, and dispute resolutions.
  • Streamline financial processes and implement cost-optimization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory financial requirements.
  • Support top management in strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA Finance / CA Inter / B.Com with relevant experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce finance or online retail
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and financial tools
