Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee SEO, SMO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads dashboards
• Manage marketing budgets, ROI, CPL, CAC, and overall campaign efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, SEO executives, and content creators
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management and clients
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
• Excellent understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
