SEO Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager who not only excels in organic search optimization but also has hands-on expertise in running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive SEO strategies alongside paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI, CTR, and conversions while minimizing cost per acquisition.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO and paid campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms, paid media trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of SEO and paid strategies.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics for all paid campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO and Paid Media Management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).

Pay: ₹16,984.39 - ₹80,000.00 per month
