Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX research and analysis to define user needs, behavioral patterns, and product usability improvements.
• Drive design simplification, ensuring minimal training is needed for users to adopt the product.
• Produce advanced UI/UX for presales demos and solution showcases.
• Own and maintain the design system and component library, ensuring 100% compliance across development teams.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, detailed design specs, and interaction guidelines one sprint ahead of development.
• Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to ensure consistency and best practices across the product.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and leadership to influence product direction and roadmap.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in design execution, process, and craft.
• Review design implementation quarterly for compliance and quality adherence.

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• 5–7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with strong exposure to SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience owning design modules or systems end-to-end.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX problem-solving, design systems, and interaction design.
• Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to lead design discussions and drive consensus across teams.
• Strong understanding of design systems, usability heuristics, and scalable interface patterns.

Good to have:

• Experience working with complex B2B platforms (MDM, data management, workflow products, etc.)
• Prior experience mentoring or leading designers.
• Ability to analyze data, user metrics, and incorporate insights into design decisions.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or UX writing.
