Job Description

Role Overview: You will join Adobe Design as a Senior Experience Designer within the Document Cloud team to lead the design of GenAI experiences in Acrobat. Your role will involve working with a diverse team to develop AI-powered capabilities that enhance user engagement, growth, and long-term value for millions of users. As a key member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how users interact with and benefit from GenAI inside Acrobat, creating intuitive and essential experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design simple, elegant, and intuitive GenAI experiences in Acrobat to enhance workflows and showcase the value of AI to users. - Experiment with engagement and usage initiatives to make AI more discoverable, useful, and engaging. - Develop design strategies and visions for AI-first products, effectively communicating them to senior executives through compelling storytelling. - Explore design concepts through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life. - Advocate for users by leveraging customer feedback, research, and data insights to create AI experiences that are natural and valuable. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, researchers, and cross-functional groups to expand AI capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across different platforms. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in product design with a successful track record. - Passion for solving complex design challenges at the intersection of AI, productivity, and scale with a focus on systems thinking. - Experience working collaboratively across design, product management, engineering, and research teams from concept to implementation. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey design strategies, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels. - Creative and analytical abilities to advocate for research, synthesize insights, and guide AI product development. - Proficiency in facilitating brainstorming sessions, fostering creative thinking, and presenting concepts persuasively. - Comfort working on open-ended design projects that may be exploratory or ambiguous in nature. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with design methods, prototyping, and wireframing for emerging technologies such as AI.
