Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer at Think Design Collaborative, you will have the exciting opportunity to create compelling experiences for path-breaking applications across Responsive Web, Mobile, and TV. You will be engaged throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing to innovative digital platforms. Your role will involve: - Communicating with clients, providing insight into UX decisions, and collaborating with the project team. - Demonstrating a deep understanding of current technologies, design trends/research, and a desire to innovate. - Having a strong eye for detail. - Working effectively in a participatory, team-based environment. - Being positive, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous learning and skill development. - Willingness to travel for on-site project executions and open to temporary/permanent relocation within Think Designs studios in India. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in HCI related disciplines such as UI Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Information Design - Industrial Design with Portfolio demonstrating an inclination to UX Design - Degree in Graphic Design/Applied arts with demonstrable know-how in UX Design - Promising skill and knowledge in the field of design - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Advanced software skills in Adobe Suite, Figma, etc. As a Senior UI UX Designer, your responsibilities will include: - Executing deliveries as defined by Lead UX Designer - Communicating effectively within the team and with clients" teams - Upgrading knowledge and know-how by following industry happenings - Documenting the design process of projects - Negotiating UX strategies with the UX Lead - Following schedules and timelines for deliveries - Coordinating ideas internally and seeking clarifications when needed Desirable skills include knowledge of Platform guidelines and Front-end frameworks.
