Senior User Experience Designer

UX Designer / Product Designer ( Figma is Mandatory)

The Lead UX Design Engineer will be responsible for defining, designing, and validating intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experience for complex applications.

The candidate will lead the design process from concept through final implementation, ensuring superior usability and compliance.

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma (required) and other related tools/software’s.
• Experience in building, governing, and maintaining comprehensive, token-based Design Systems.
• Mastery of interaction design principles, visual design, and information architecture.
• Understanding and application of WCAG 2.1 AA standards in design execution.
• Possess a sound understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to anticipate technical constraints and ensure designs are technically feasible and efficient to build
• Worked with ADA, HIPPA and various Government compliances

Good to have

• Act as the crucial bridge between design and engineering teams, translating designs into detailed specifications and collaborating closely with Frontend Developers (e.g., Angular, React) to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Extensive, demonstrable experience designing applications within the Healthcare, Pharma, or MedTech industry (e.g., EHR/EMR, clinical tools, patient engagement).
