Role Overview
We are looking for unique design candidates who are a rare blend of passion and perseverance in everything they do to deliver exceptional user experiences to delight our customers! As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our product modules across different form factors, cross Geo locations to drive our success in the HRMS market space. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to deliver best-in-class user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Be a full-stack designer by leading the end-to-end UX design process, from user research, concept ideation, to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Connect with customers through design partnership programs, to gain deep insights into user behaviours, needs, and motivations, to translate those insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Create User personas, Journey maps, Wireframes, and Interactive prototypes that effectively communicate the intended end experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product features based on Customer needs & Business objectives.
- Work closely with visual designers to ensure consistent and visually appealing designs that align with the design framework and our brand identity.
- Strategize and Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on the insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a proven track record of successfully delivering user-centric design solutions.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong knowledge of user research techniques, usability principles, and information architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous UX design work, highlighting your process, and demonstrating your ability to solve complex design challenges.
