Senior US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. clients, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with recruiting leads, account managers, and client stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs.
• Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools, resume parsers, and predictive hiring platforms for efficient talent acquisition.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases for future IT requirements.
• Source candidates through niche platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed) and AI-driven channels.
• Conduct technical screenings and assess candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring practices, labor laws, and visa requirements.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships to minimize dropouts and enhance engagement.
• Stay updated with latest AI recruitment trends, U.S. market needs, and evolving tax/visa regulations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2 - 4 years of experience

  in U.S. IT recruitment with proven success in placements.
• Strong understanding of U.S. staffing models, hiring practices, and employment laws.
• Experience hiring U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and Work Visa holders (H1B, E3, TN, etc.).
• Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) is essential.
• Expertise in sourcing IT talent across multiple domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong analytical thinking.
