Job Description

Interns in U.S. IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
Communicate effectively with U.S.-based candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Gain knowledge of
IT job roles, skills, and U.S. hiring practices
.
Collaborate with senior recruiters on live hiring requirements.
Utilize
job boards and AI-enabled recruiting tools
to identify suitable candidates.
Build and nurture strong professional relationships with candidates to maintain engagement.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a
Bachelors degree
in any discipline.
Excellent
English communication skills
(both written and spoken).
Strong interest in
computer technologies and IT terminology
.
Passion for
networking and building professional relationships
.
Quick learner, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
