Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment with proven success in placements. Strong understanding of U.S. staffing models, hiring practices, and employment laws. Experience hiring U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and Work Visa holders (H1B, E3, TN, etc.). Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) is essential. Expertise in sourcing IT talent across multiple domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
