We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top IT talent while leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and advanced sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. clients, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding. Partner with recruiting leads, account managers, and client stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs. Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools, resume parsers, and predictive hiring platforms for efficient talent acquisition. Build proactive talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases for future IT requirements. Source candidates through niche platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed) and AI-driven channels. Conduct technical screenings and assess candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit. Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring practices, labor laws, and visa requirements. Maintain strong candidate relationships to minimize dropouts and enhance engagement. Stay updated with latest AI recruitment trends, U.S. market needs, and evolving tax/visa regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment with proven success in placements. Strong understanding of U.S. staffing models, hiring practices, and employment laws. Experience hiring U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and Work Visa holders (H1B, E3, TN, etc.). Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) is essential. Expertise in sourcing IT talent across multiple domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
