Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  end-to-end proposal development lifecycle

  from analyzing RFPs to final submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, recruitment, delivery, and SMEs) to gather inputs and create compelling proposal content.
• Develop

  proposal templates, technical narratives, executive summaries, and staffing approaches

  tailored to client needs.
• Ensure proposals are

  compliant, persuasive, well-structured, and visually appealing

  .
• Maintain high standards of quality by ensuring proposals adhere to

  federal writing, editing, and compliance guidelines

  .
• Conduct gap analysis, identify risks, and provide strategic inputs to strengthen proposals.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Research competitors and industry trends to incorporate

  best practices and innovative approaches

  in proposals.
• Support continuous improvement by

  updating templates, style guides, and knowledge repositories

  .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  English, Communications, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

  .

• 5 - 8 years of experience

  in

  proposal writing

  with at least

  2 years focused on IT staffing proposals for the US Federal government

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  federal procurement vehicles

  such as GSA, GWAC, IDIQ, BPA, and Schedules.
• Demonstrated expertise in

  federal staffing proposals

  , compliance, and pricing strategy.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  ; strong knowledge of proposal tools and design best practices.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  , with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong

  project management skills
