Role & responsibilities 1) Review of enquiry received from sales, analysis of documents, discuss & finalize whether to bid or no bid considering the scope, applicable and guidelines & acknowledge the enquiry mail /Ask sales representative to do the same if not acknowledged 2) Analyses Contract requirements and conditions 3) Check minimum details are provided with important information required & if not received ask sales to get the same or assist sales team. 4) Decide strategy with sales for proposal & prepare, scheme /solution to in consideration with the customer requirement. 5) Calculation & design of system components 1) Discussed internally with all the applicable stakeholders regarding the feasibility of the scheme and timelines for offering. 2) Prepare RFQ and get the quotes for applicable critical bought outs items from sub vendor 3) Review of bought out quotes 4) Preparation of cost estimate with reference to costing program, bought out quote, drawing & scope 5) Submission of Proposal with process flow diagram to sales for further client submission as per timeframe defined 6) Follow-up with customer or sales on the submitted proposal /scheme. 7) Discuss & resolve the comments on the scheme from client if any after submission. 8) Review and revert on the TQ received from client on proposal & accordingly update the proposal and resubmit. 9) Preparation of applicable GA drawing, layout for client submission as and when applicable 10) Complete the tasks as per the allocated timelines for every applicable proposal. 11) Discuss the active cases during weekly meetings and decide a strategy for converting into order. 12) Post Order activities involve preparation of order acceptance, Internal order documents, budget & BOM 13) Presentation of IO to internal team member and circulate the applicable details. 14) Receipt of 01st applicable advance as per PO terms in coordination with finance team.
