Role & responsibilities Manage invoicing, accounts receivables, and payables in QBO.Process payroll in Paychex, ADP, ensuring tax compliance and deductions.Perform bank reconciliation, financial analysis, and budgeting.Assist with US tax filings (941, 1120, 1099-NEC, FUTA 940).Oversee employee onboarding, background checks, and HR compliance. Preferred candidate profile 6+ years in US Accounting, Payroll & HR operations.Proficiency in QBO, Paychex Payroll, and financial reporting.Strong Excel and accounting software skills.Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
