This role requires hands-on expertise in managing onboarding, off boarding, employee management, timesheet collection, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws and insurance regulations. The ideal candidate will also work closely with the accounts team and utilize workforce management tools like Ceipal. Also, must have worked in US IT Staffing companies. Key Responsibilities Onboarding and Off boarding: Manage the complete onboarding and off boarding process for US-based employees. Employee Management: Maintain employee records, address queries, and ensure smooth HR operations. Timesheet Collection: Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely timesheet submissions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to US labor laws, I-9 verification, E-Verify processes, and insurance compliance when providing benefits to employees. Work Authorization: Handle and maintain knowledge of US visa types (H1B, L1, OPT, CPT, etc.) and work authorization processes. Workforce Tools: Use tools like Ceipal to manage employee data and streamline HR processes. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in US IT HR operations. Strong knowledge of US labor laws, I-9 verification, E-Verify, and compliance requirements. Experience in timesheet management and insurance compliance. Proficiency in workforce management tools like Ceipal. Familiarity with US visa types and work authorization processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must have experience in US IT Staffing companies.

This is an onsite role where you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions. Tech-savvy with deep knowledge of IT stacks, roles, and screening logic . You must have a strong understanding of job requirements , the ability to analyze resumes to identify the right skills and gaps , and ensure candidates are a good fit for the job. Extensive experience in self-sourcing using Job Portals and social media (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.) Analyze resumes to identify the right skills, spot missing qualifications, and assess if candidates are suitable for the job. Extremely good with Boolean searches and should have prior experience working on Job portals like Dice / Monster. Deliver quality profiles within hours —not days. Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual. Good at reactive & proactive recruitment. Track-record of Quality over Quantity. Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates. Experience in building a promising pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translating these referrals into “hiring numbers”. Experience working on ATS like Ceipal. Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates. Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions. Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire. Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc. Build a strong pipeline of IT candidates through networking and innovative sourcing strategies. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit. Stay updated on US IT industry trends, technologies, and market demands.
