Sr. US IT Recruiter

Hyderabad

Full Life Cycle recruiting professional with in depth knowledge of recruiting and sourcing strategies, contracting methods: W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp etc., Visa status.
Provide follow up and support to account managers and candidates throughout the hiring process and employment tenure.
Result oriented problem solver with excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
Recruit various IT requirements through understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
Conducted in-depth full life cycle interviews to evaluate potential candidates
Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, cold calling, complex Boolean internet searches and research.
Worked on full-time, contract, contract to hire, and contingency requirements for different locations in response to clients project needs.
Provided information about benefits and compensation packages to candidates.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation)
