Roles & Responsibilities :

Source candidates from US market on various IT skills to fulfill our client requirements
Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching out the passive and active job seekers in the US IT Market.
Experience in handling fulltime requirements
Extensive experience in using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Techfetch, LinkedIn Career builder, Job Diva, CEIPAL Hot Jobs),
Screen and interview prospective candidates.
Build good rapport with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
Co-ordinate with Account Managers to assess the candidates competencies and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organizations, and reputable independent consultants to help identify and source qualified talents.
Should adhere to established processes and procedures for a smooth workflow.
Regularly update internal database with new resumes and bring in more innovative recruiting techniques.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills :

I
deal candidate should have minimum 2 to 7 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Should have excellent Sourcing skills, Head Hunting, Networking, Social Media recruitment etc.
Expertise in recruiting Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs and visa Consultants.
Well versed in US Terms
Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving & client interaction skills.
Willing to work in night shifts only
