Location: Hafeezpet, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Work Hours: US Shift (Night Shift – CST time zone)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in US IT recruitment to join our growing team in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to support our clients in the United States, delivering top-notch technical talent across a wide variety of IT skillsets and domains.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating rates, and closing candidates.
  • Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and internal database to identify the best talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up with feedback.
  • Work with W2, 1099, and C2C candidates and vendors as per client needs.
  • Effectively negotiate compensation with candidates based on client budget and market demand.
  • Keep track of candidate submissions, interview schedules, and placements using ATS/CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies, federal laws, and regulations.
  • Meet or exceed set targets and performance metrics.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 7–10 years of proven experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
  • In-depth understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities using Boolean searches and niche job boards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of various technologies across domains like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a target-driven US staffing agency environment.
  • Familiarity with VMS/Direct Client model is an added advantage.
