About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you’ll take ownership of identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with US clients, and driving growth across our staffing and development verticals. What You’ll Do Develop and expand new business opportunities with strategic accounts across the USA . Identify, pitch, and close large staffing and development deals with clients across multiple industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Drive strategic business initiatives from prospecting to opportunity realization, ensuring consistent pipeline growth. Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) with decision-makers including business executives and directors. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and post-sales follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and accurate account information. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in business development or inside sales (US staffing preferred) . Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Confidence in cold calling , client outreach, and relationship-building. Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Resilience and tenacity to overcome challenges and handle rejections positively. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in lead generation, prospect management, or outbound sales . Prior exposure to US clients or international business development . Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives .
