Job Summary:

Business Development Manager (BDM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure

    new business opportunities

    with

    direct clients

    ,

    MSPs/VMS

    , and

    tier-1 vendors

    in the US.
  • Drive

    vendor empanelment

    and

    onboarding processes

    by building long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and job portals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate terms and close business deals independently.
  • Work closely with leadership to align business development strategy with company goals.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to enhance service offerings.


Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of proven experience

    in

    US IT Staffing business development

    .
  • Demonstrated success in

    bringing in new vendor relationships

    ,

    vendor empanelment

    , and

    client onboarding

    .
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes, legal terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network and existing client relationships in the US market is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in

    US time zones (CST).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with US-based staffing firms or large Indian staffing companies with US operations.
  • MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
