Key Responsibilities: Handle the full lifecycle of Bench sales: marketing bench consultants to potential clients and vendors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and direct clients. Expertly manage consultant relationships and ensure successful placements. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and social platforms to source opportunities. Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications. Requirements: 3–5 years of proven experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing). Strong understanding of current market trends and technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
