Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive at The AES Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment where your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. Your role will involve combining exceptional customer service skills with a proactive sales approach to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of sales targets. You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. By understanding client needs and offering proactive solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in maintaining long-lasting client relationships. Regularly checking in with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of sales and business development, you will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and external clients to drive sales growth. Cross-selling and upselling company products/services based on client needs and opportunities will be key to achieving sales targets and KPIs. Your role will also involve negotiating contract terms, pricing, and timelines in collaboration with the sales and legal teams. Collaboration and coordination are essential aspects of this role, as you will work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and COE to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to client management. Timely delivery of services in line with client expectations and collaboration with the account management and customer service teams to resolve client issues and enhance customer retention are also part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals will be crucial. You will prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to management. Tracking and analyzing client data to identify trends and inform decision-making will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. With proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management in the IT Industry (specifically US IT Staffing), you should possess strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant tools is necessary. Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach are also important qualifications for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience in the IT industry or sector, such as Technology, Consulting, or US Staffing. Previous experience working in an IT sales environment in US Staffing and knowledge of the latest sales and CRM technologies and trends are beneficial.
