Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive at The AES Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service skills and a proactive sales approach. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. - Understand client needs and offer proactive solutions to enhance their experience. - Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and external clients. - Cross-sell and upsell company products/services based on client needs. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by developing and executing strategic sales plans. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client management. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals. - Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven 5+ years experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management in the IT Industry (US IT Staffing). - Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the IT industry or sector, e.g., Technology, Consulting, US Staffing. - Previous experience working in an IT sales environment in US Staffing. - Knowledge of the latest sales and CRM technologies and trends.
