Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter

Narvee Tech Inc. is hiring a Senior Bench Sales Professional specializing in marketing senior-level H1B consultants. We’re looking for a dynamic, target-driven individual with a strong network of prime and white vendors and a passion for driving consultant placements in the competitive US IT staffing market.

Responsibilities

Expertly market senior H1B consultants to prime vendors, white vendors, and direct clients.

Build, expand, and maintain strong vendor relationships with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Guide consultants on improving their LinkedIn branding, profile optimization, and visibility.

Create compelling outreach emails and marketing materials to effectively engage vendors and clients.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in Bench Sales, H1B Consultant Marketing, or US IT Staffing.

Proven track record in managing relationships with prime and white vendors.

Strong LinkedIn presence and excellent networking abilities.

Established connections with direct clients and implementation partners.

Excellent email writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Highly motivated, aggressive, and target-driven in achieving consultant placements.
