Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Hafeezpet, Hyderabad (On-site) Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven success in marketing IT consultants on various visa statuses (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) and working with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients. Key Responsibilities: Effectively market bench consultants to new and existing clients. Establish relationships with tier-1 vendors and direct clients to place consultants. Proactively identify new sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential placements. Maintain strong communication with consultants during and after the recruitment process. Negotiate rates with vendors and clients, ensuring a win-win situation. Required Skills: 3–5 years of experience in bench sales recruiting, preferably in the U.S. IT staffing industry. Strong understanding of various work authorizations and visa classifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards. Proven track record of successful placements and consultant retention. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Existing vendor/client relationships in place are a strong plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary + attractive incentives.
