Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with leadership teams, delivery leads, and hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple skill sets and industry verticals.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal ATS, and employee referrals.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and reinforce employer branding at every touchpoint.
• Stay current with US market hiring trends, compliance standards, and immigration guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of proven experience in US Recruitments with deep exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruiting.
• In-depth knowledge of C2C, W2, and full-time hiring practices.
• Proficiency in using ATS tools, Boolean search techniques, and modern sourcing strategies.
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation platforms to enhance sourcing, and recruitment efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad and fully support the US CST shift schedule.
• Highly motivated, process-oriented, and target-driven professional.
