Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, manage client requirements, and deliver high-quality technical candidates with quick turnaround.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates for US-based clients (C2C/W2/1099).
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Work with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop & maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche IT skill sets.
  • Maintain daily submission targets and meet client delivery expectations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and database updates.


Requirements

  • Strong experience in US IT staffing (MUST).
  • Knowledge of visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
