Hiring: Senior Bench Sales RecruiterJob Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven expertise in marketing and placing bench candidates, building strong vendor/client relationships, and managing the complete sales lifecycle in a highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively market bench consultants to preferred vendors and direct clients.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with implementation partners, Tier 1 vendors, and clients to secure continuous job requirements.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to maximize margins while ensuring candidate fit.
• Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of submissions, interviews, and placements in the database/CRM.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand bench availability and candidate pipeline.
• Leverage job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking channels to generate new opportunities.
• Provide timely updates to candidates on client feedback and next steps.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US IT Staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and various visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with job boards, ATS, and CRM tools.
• Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
