Senior System Administrator

Job Description-

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior System Administrator with 5 to 6 years of experience to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in system administration, user support, and IT operations within Windows and/or Linux environments. You will work alongside senior administrators to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems and services used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities-

• IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's business goals, focusing on innovation and digital transformation in the real estate sector.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and data storage solutions to support company operations.
• Operational Management: Lead and manage the IT Projects, ensuring their continuous development and alignment with organizational goals. DevOps Knowledge is must.
• Networking & Connectivity: Ensure that all company-wide network systems are up and running efficiently, troubleshooting issues as they arise and planning for future networking needs.
• Hardware & Software Management: Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with business processes.
• Security & Data Protection: Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect company data, prevent cyber threats, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy laws.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners for IT services, software procurement, and system upgrades.
• Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Oversee the resolution of IT issues across all company departments, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt service delivery. SQL installation and Troubleshooting, IIS, Powershell Scripting.
• Budgeting & Resource Management: Manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for all IT-related projects and initiatives.
• Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing new technologies and tools that improve operational efficiency, property management, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master's/Certifications a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in IT management, especially in hardware, networking, and systems integration.
• Expertise in networking, data security, DevOps and cloud solutions.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills’

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
