Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our automotive lighting retrofit workshop. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, handle customer walk-ins, coordinate installations with the technical team, and ensure smooth retail operations while driving business performance Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Store Operations Greet, attend, and assist walk-in customers with professionalism. Explain product offerings and the retrofit process in a customer-friendly manner. Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Leadership & Team Management Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for the sales representatives. Track performance and provide guidance and support to help team members meet their goals. Train new sales staff on products, sales processes, and customer service standards. Monitor upselling and cross-selling efforts to maximize revenue per customer. Technical Coordination & Installation Management Schedule and manage retrofit installations as per customer appointments. Coordinate timelines and handovers with the technical team to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor quality of work and ensure proper post-installation walkthrough with the customer. Inventory & Retail Management Oversee stock levels of headlights, projectors, fog lamps, accessories, and packaging materials. Place timely orders to replenish inventory and avoid stock-outs. Ensure proper display of products and marketing materials inside the workshop. Reporting & Administration Maintain daily sales and customer service reports. Monitor cash, billing, and digital payments to ensure accuracy. Submit weekly reports on team performance, targets, and operational bottlenecks. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or electronics sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Problem-solving mind-set with the ability to handle pressure and multitask. Understanding of automotive lighting products and retrofit processes (training can be provided). Proficiency in using billing software, Excel, and CRM tools. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a premium or technical retail environment. Passion for automobiles and aftermarket products. Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (if applicable).
