Role Overview The Sales Consultant (Corporate & Weddings) will focus on developing high-value sales in the B2B and wedding segments. This role requires a consultative selling approach, deep understanding of luxury gifting, and strong relationship-building skills with corporates, wedding planners, and HNI clients. Key Responsibilities Corporate Gifting Sales Identify, approach, and convert corporate clients for luxury gifting (festive hampers, employee gifting, client appreciation). Build long-term B2B relationships with premium companies, event agencies, and hospitality partners. Create tailored proposals, catalogues, and gifting solutions in line with client budgets and brand ethos. Weddings & Trousseau Sales Develop and manage relationships with wedding planners, bridal stylists, and families. Pitch ICHKAN collections as premium wedding registry, trousseau, and gifting solutions. Organize private showcases, in-store previews, and curated experiences for wedding clients. Client Relationship Management Maintain a database of corporate and wedding clients with regular follow-ups. Ensure personalized service, gift customization, and end-to-end coordination (packaging, delivery). Work closely with the marketing team on luxury hampers, catalogues, and campaigns targeted at weddings and corporates. Sales & Reporting Achieve monthly/annual sales targets for corporate and wedding segments. Provide weekly updates on leads, conversions, and pipeline. Work with management to design corporate packages and wedding trousseau bundles. Key Skills & Competencies 3–6 years of experience in luxury sales, corporate gifting, or wedding solutions (hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or tableware industry preferred). Strong network with corporates, event planners, and wedding industry professionals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High sense of aesthetics, product knowledge, and ability to offer bespoke solutions. Customer-first attitude, with the ability to engage HNI clients in a luxury environment.
