Senior Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the store. This includes achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company policies and standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Control operating costs and reduce shrinkage.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
• Schedule and supervise daily work assignments.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
