Chandan Retail Private Limited is looking for a Senior Store Manager

We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused professional with strong retail management experience and leadership abilities to ensure smooth store functioning and high sales performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across

  Footwear, Apparel, and Home Furnishing

  departments.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain

  visual merchandising

  , store display, and customer service standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff for better performance.
• Manage

  inventory, stock control, and replenishment

  processes.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with Head Office.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum

  3–5 years

  of experience in retail store management (preferably in malls or multi-category retail).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Willingness to

  relocate to Dhekiajuli, Assam.
