Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Buying Manager located in Dhekiajuli. The Buying Manager will manage procurement activities, negotiate contracts, build supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves analyzing market trends, managing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining an efficient supply chain. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to ensure quality standards and optimize procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Procurement, Contract Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Management
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics
• Proficiency in market analysis and budget management
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with FMCG sector dynamics is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems is a plus
