Role Overview: As the Beauty Buyer India, your main responsibility will be curating and driving the selection, purchase, and merchandising of beauty products across various categories such as skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and more. You will play a crucial role in managing supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and aligning the product assortment with market trends and customer preferences. Your efforts will be essential in achieving sales, margin, and brand objectives and positioning the company as a premier destination for luxury beauty products in India. Key Responsibilities: - Curate Product Assortment & Sourcing - Manage Vendor Relationships effectively - Monitor and Track Stock Management - Develop Pricing Strategy in alignment with market trends - Provide inputs for Monthly Target setting in each beauty category - Formulate stock & sale plan as a custodian - Conduct Sales Analysis for continuous improvement - Stay updated with Market Intelligence for informed decisions - Ensure Visual Merchandising Alignment with brand guidelines - Track the Core Business Contribution of beauty products - Implement Integrated Go To Market (IGTM) strategies - Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration across departments - Demonstrate effective Team Leadership skills Qualification Required: - Strong industry knowledge in the beauty segment - Ability to conduct market trends analysis - Deep understanding of luxury beauty products - Leadership skills for effective team management For further communication or application submission, please email at parth.mitra@unisoninternational.net.,
