Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing
Location: Gurugram
Position type: Full time
Shift Timing: 1-10 PM
Experience: 7- 10 years
Reporting to: Senior Director, Global Brand Strategy, Measurement, Insight (London-based)
Candidate focus: Brand Programmes Management/ Data & Insights coordination / Programs coordination/
About the team:
The Global Brand Strategy, Measurement & Insight function is a core pillar of the company’s Global Brand strategy team. The team owns and executes a number of internal and external global intelligence programs, including a multi-country brand tracking survey, an annual brand valuation, and a quarterly brand impact dashboard. This role will be crucial in maintaining the consistency, quality, and timely delivery of these high-profile programs.
What this Job Involves:
The Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing will support the Senior Director, Global Brand Strategy, Measurement, Insight by coordinating key brand intelligence programs.
This role is integral to managing process flows, from managing the progress of key milestones to the development of final deliverables from the brand tracking, brand valuation, brand impact evaluation to marketing insights development. The Manager will ensure the reliability and integrity of these core brand programs, aid in transforming insights into clear, impactful deliverables for global marketing and business stakeholders to consume
Key Responsibilities:
The Manager will be responsible for planning & execution across all our brand measurement programs, specifically around (but not limited to) these key areas:
Global Program Management & Execution
Assist in coordinating the seamless delivery off all brand measurement programs from set up, to gathering inputs, to helping with designing and delivering the final insights by coordinating with our design team at JBS.
Data & Measurement Operations
Coordinate and Manage the quarterly Brand Impact Dashboard quarterly input cycles, including defining timelines and ensuring timely data input submission from all sources (global and country teams).
Support the execution and follow-up for inputs related to wider global brand measurement programs (e.g., brand tracking and valuation).
Development of Insights deliverables, compilation & design
Extract and compile recurring performance trends and activity data into simple, digestible formats for stakeholders to consume
Translate survey and data outputs into stakeholder-ready materials (e.g., presentation decks, one-pagers).
Liaise with design and shared services teams to ensure high-quality, professional execution of all deliverables
Track and Govern program performance, actively flagging risks to ensure there are no risks or delays
Candidate Requirements
7-10 years in Marketing Programs Management or brand programs management/ insights collation / marketing analytics / performance marketing/ brand consulting / digital marketing
Experience with and exposure to marketing metrics and understanding how marketing activity connects to upper funnel brand outcomes.
Experience of content development for stakeholder consumption
Ability to turn data into marketing-relevant insight
Skills & Tools (nice to have but not necessary)
Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups), AEM, Adobe Analytics, Sprout – is preferred but not mandatory
PowerPoint skills for clear, structured insights packaging
Strong coordination and structured communication
Good written and verbal skills
Working Style & Eligibility
Highly collaborative, organized and documentation minded. Must be adaptable, proactive and progress-oriented, with the ability to navigate a complex, global matrixed organization.
Experience working global teams is a plus
Education:
Graduate degree required. An MBA (or a Grad degree with a marketing focus) is a strong advantage.
Background in communication, brand management will be a plus
Role is based in the Gurgaon office. Candidates must be comfortable with occasionally coordinating across global time zones to support the London-based reporting line
