As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, youʼll help drive our infrastructure forward — designing resilient systems, optimizing performance, and automating at scale. Youʼll be part of a team that takes pride in owning foundational services used across the company.

• Design, maintain, and evolve our infrastructure, primarily on Google Cloud Platform, with components on AWS and OVH (bare metal)
• Improve and standardize our CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability stack. Develop and maintain our Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and custom Bash/Python scripts.
• Manage identity and access IAM, SSO, and contribute to a security-first infrastructure posture
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management for dev and production teams
• Define and monitor SLOs, lead post-mortems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Mentor other team members and help spread SRE best practices across the organization
  

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles in cloud-based environments
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS, Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation
• Solid grasp of SRE principles: reliability, availability, incident response, automation
• Comfortable working with hybrid infrastructure (cloud + dedicated hardware)
• Familiar with infrastructure security, access management, and compliance best practices
• A collaborative mindset, technical leadership, and a drive to elevate engineering practices
