Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leads and architects to design, test, and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure smooth adoption of platform components with high observability and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, providing immediate remediation, long-term fixes, and detailed root cause analyses (RCAs).
• Proactively identify system risks, performance bottlenecks, and reliability gaps to prevent outages and incidents.
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure maximum uptime and system health.
• Define, enforce, and improve best practices for incident, change, and problem management in line with SLAs and SLOs.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and enhance system reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for scalability improvements, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation covering architecture, configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Promote a culture of reliability, automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across teams.

Experience Required:

• 3 - 6 years of  experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing and operating cloud-based infrastructure in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience handling production incidents, on-call support, and post-incident analysis (RCAs).
• Exposure to infrastructure automation and IaC tools such as Terraform is preferred.
• Experience supporting or executing cloud migration initiatives is a plus.
