Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and multi-agent systems to improve efficiency in finance processes.
Implement and customize Generative AI and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Create and maintain prompt templates, chains, and workflows.
Integrate vector databases for semantic search and memory.
Develop backend services and APIs to support AI models in production.
Ensure model explainability, accuracy, compliance, and alignment with finance policies.
Continuously monitor and retrain models to ensure sustained performance.
Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize inference costs and system efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovations for the finance domain.
Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI systems
Experience working with LLM-based architectures
Understanding of prompt engineering, workflows, and AI pipelines
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
