Job: B2B SaaS On-site Full-time Digital Marketing - Senior SEO Specialist Location: Gurgaon HO - Sector 14 Company Overview: Wilyer.com is a Digital Signage Software Company specialized in building and providing software which can be used in management of large numbers of screens deployed in commercial locations like Airports, Restaurants, Metro Stations and Hospitals. Work Information: Annual Package: ₹4.0L – ₹5.0L Work Location: Sector 14, Gurgaon – Onsite/In-Office Work Days: Monday – Friday Work Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development (Most Required): Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, website traffic, and search rankings. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to inform strategy. On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and URL structure for better crawlability and indexing. Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, and XML sitemaps. Content Writing and Optimization: Work closely with content writers and write content to guide the creation of SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and resource centers. Regularly audit existing content to identify opportunities for updates, repurposing, and improvement. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans. Link Building & Outreach: Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies through outreach, guest posting, and content partnerships. Analyse backlink profiles and disavow toxic links as needed. Local SEO & Schema Markup: Optimize Google Business Profiles and implement local SEO tactics for improved visibility in regional search. Use schema markup to enhance SERP features such as rich snippets, FAQs, and reviews. Qualifications: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and website performance. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Data Studio. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like Framer. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 or more years of hands-on experience in SEO roles. Show more Show less
