About the Role:

SEO & Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

SEO team

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).

Conduct detailed keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis.

Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for improved search visibility.

Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads).

70% SEO and 30% paid campaigns

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.

Collaborate with content, tech, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices.

Keep updated with the latest search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

proven experience in SEO

performance marketing

leading an SEO team

Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Tag Manager, and PPC platforms

Strong analytical, strategic, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
