Detailed JD:

• Leads the Development Engineering team in area of specialism and develops the team to ensure it has the right capability
• Work very closely with Product Owners Software Developers Designers and Domain Experts in an Agile working model
• Assume additional technical organizational or coordination tasks or roles as required
• Strategically leverages networks to drive innovation best practice and a continuous improvement culture
• Collaborate intensively with colleagues inside and outside the team and collaborate professionally with Business Owners

Your key responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for designing developing implementing and testing complete end to end business processes with a strong focus on quality
• Guide team development efforts towards successful product delivery
• Collaborate with designers and domain experts Work in a diverse team applying Scrum and agile development
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team Collaborate with other software developers business analysts and software architects to plan design develop test and maintain applications built on SAP technologies
• Assist in the collection and documentation of users requirements development of user stories estimates and work plans
• Work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role

Skills and attributes for success

• Highly advanced knowledge of designing developing and debugging solutions
• Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in Design coding testing and delivery of secure scalable reliable robust and performant applications
• Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial BTP CPI Cloud Foundry SAP Gateway
• Knowledge of automation test frameworks like OPA5QUnits is desirable

• Good communication skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering IT Mathematics or related field preferred
• BTech MTech MCA with an aggregate score of 70 or above from IITNITany tier 1 Institute preferred
• Application Development on SAP BTP Neo Cloud Foundry
• Develop deploy and manage applications on SAP
• Business Technology Platform BTP in both Neo and Cloud Foundry environments
• Leverage SAP Cloud Application Programming Model
• CAP and Nodejs to build scalable robust and secure enterprise applications
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with SAP and nonSAP systems
• SAP HANA Cloud
• Develop and optimize complex database models stored procedures and views using SAP HANA Cloud
• Good knowledge of HANA Data modelling and working with HANA artifacts like HDB tables Stored procedures etc
• Implement advanced analytics and performance tuning on HANA DB to optimize query execution and data retrieval
• Work with HANA Data Provisioning tools SDI SDA to integrate external data sources
• Implement and manage OAuth2 SAML JWT and other security protocols for BTP applications and APIs
• Maintain compliance with SAP security best practices and implement SHANA extensions using SAP Fiori UI5
• Relationship management internal external stakeholders
• End to end understanding of IT life cycle pipeline resource demand project delivery financial
• Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners
