Job Description

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and developing strategies that expand the company’s market presence. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on sales management to ensure successful property sales and a high-performing sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide sales planning.
  • Monitor sales performance, create forecasts, and prepare regular reports for leadership.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and property consultants.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Set performance goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer experience—from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Handle high-value negotiations and resolve escalated client concerns.

4. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective campaigns and promotional initiatives.

5. Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company sales policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement CRM best practices and maintain accurate lead and sales data.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
